About us

Lifestyle Physiotherapy first started in January 2007 in Ngaruawahia. Cousin's Victoria Grant and Ripeka Noe attended university together and had always planned to go into business. They liked the idea of working in a small community and heard that there was in need for a physiotherapist in Ngaruawahia, with the previous physio closing down the previous year. Two physiotherapist's then became three with Teresa Te Tamaki moving from Auckland to Hamilton to work at Lifestyle physiotherapy. 
Later that year there was an opportunity to open a new clinic at Davies corner with the radius clinic. Victoria moved to work at Davies while Ripeka stayed at the Ngaruawahia clinic. In 2009, lifestyle then expanded out to Te Kohao health on Dey street. St Andrews then opened in 2011 in the Radius Medical Centre and in 2012 our newest clinic St Andrews opened just outside of the Radius clinic. 

All lifestyle physiotherapy clinics are ACC accredited

Your Rights and Responsiblities

You are more than welcome to bring a chaperone/friend to be with you during your treatment You are free to choose your physiotherapist. If you have a preference of who you wish to see please specify this at the time of booking your appointment. Every effort will be made to accommodate your preference. If you would like a second opinion regarding your treatment your physiotherapist can help you in receiving another opinion. All information recorded in your medical notes will only be accessed by Lifestyle Physiotherapy staff members.
